Well, after between 300-350 hours of work, here is Legion Saga II Remastered.

This initially started as a simple music replacement project, to in the end becoming a whole new version of the game with lots of updates added to the game (new menus, maps adjustments, bug fixes, tweaks, new content, etc). When I started this, I think I had like 2-5 hours for RM2K on Steam, now I am at 381 hours.

What next?

Well, after watching Riggy’s live stream and received various feedbacks for LS1 Remastered, I’ll be working on a patch (version 1.1.0). There is also a few minor things I want to improve in it.

What about Legion Saga III?

This will be the next big project. With LS2 Remastered, you can create a Cleared Data save file to be imported in the future remastered version of LS3. Also, this updated version will be based on Version 3 of the game.

Now, for LS3, there is additionally some story elements and scenes that will need to be adjusted in it depending on what endings you got for LS1 and LS2. I gotta be honest, touching the story and adding new characters interactions is not the thing that I am the most comfortable with, but thankfully, after a quick chat with Kamau on the side, he agreed to help me out on it. He will review and give me feedback on the stuff I will need to push in it. Which is kinda of a relieve for me, I’m really happy that the original creator is willing to work with me a bit on this.
